I'm a guy who, up until very recently, was going to drop out of school. I lacked direction and commitment to finish…I have so many dreams, so many things I would like to accomplish, but I can't help but feel insignificant next to the thousands of science students around me all content with working in a government office. I've finally been able to shed this peer pressure, and directly pursue the things I believe in…conserving and creating nature reserves, educating people on environmental issues, getting other people to appreciate nature and it's natural beauty, and enjoying the natural world and life itself.

In general, I like having fun and getting people to lighten up. I am an amateur athlete, photographer and musician. I have an unquenchable obsession with music. I am vocal about local politics and am the author of a blog about my hometown.
